Who we look for

Hands in the soil, heart in the work

Faith-forward. We see caring for the land as a calling, and we work that way.
Love of plants and nature. You notice what's growing, and you want to know why.
Hungry to learn. Permaculture, Florida-Friendly design, rare fruit: there's always more to learn here.
Experience preferred. Landscaping, nursery, farm or irrigation work is a plus, but character and curiosity come first.
Based in our region. Our projects run from Tampa Bay to Naples, with most work around Sarasota and Bradenton.

The kind of work

Soil building, raised rows, planting fruit trees and support species, mulch and hardscape.

Pruning, chop-and-drop, compost tea, biochar and worm castings, replanting after storms.

Planting plans, renderings, photography and Searching for Eden storytelling.
