Rooted in Faith & Soil
"The LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it.”."
— Genesis 2:15
In the beginning, God planted a garden. Eden wasn't just a paradise—it was a blueprint for how we're meant to live: in abundance, in harmony with creation, and in intimate connection with our Creator.
At Bring Back Eden, we design regenerative food forests in Florida and healing gardens that honor this blueprint. Learn more about Florida food forests. Every food forest we plant, every garden we steward, is a sacred act—partnering with God to restore what was broken and cultivate life where there was barrenness.
We're not just growing food. We're rebuilding soil health, restoring biodiversity, and creating spaces where families can taste the goodness of God's provision. Through organic, pesticide-free landscaping and faith-driven stewardship of the land, we're bringing back Eden—one garden at a time.

About Us
Florida is literally the Garden of Eden... There isn't much we can't grow in this subtropical climate that won't heal us body, body, and soul. As a new husband, father to two teenage boys, a pup named Roxy and armed with a permaculture design degree in 2021, my wife Hya and I decided to move from Los Angeles to Bradenton, Florida in hopes to reconnect with nature, grow our own food forest and cultivate land worth calling home. God answered our prayers.
Our mission addresses the critical issues of underutilized land, the dangers of pesticides and fertilizers, and the disconnect from our food sources as we collectively have outsourced our health and connection to the earth. We believe in the beauty and functionality of edible Florida food forest and native landscapes, where every yard- like our Bradenton Food Forest- has the potential to be a source of nourishment and healing. We also see a lack of purpose and faith in today's man, disconnect within communities, and within our own families. That's why we focus on honoring God through out stewardship of not only the land but of the men that work along side us.
Inspired by the principles of permaculture, we see getting our hands in the soil and growing food not just as sustenance, but as medicine, integral to our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Drawing from Genesis, we remind ourselves of humanity's original purpose in the garden - to tend, nurture, and enjoy the beautiful bounty and flavors of the earth that man can only dream of recreating. Coconuts, guavas, bananas, passion fruit, loquats, black and mamey sapote, sapodia, jackfruit, papaya, moringa, soursop, caminto, dragon fruit, mangos and avocado, to name a few.
For us, growing food is also a way to grow as a family. To spend time growing, harvesting and ultimately enjoying the fruits of our labor. Hard work, dedication, and joy in utilizing our God-given gifts are the legacy that I want to leave my step-sons, and our new baby boy.
Join us in reclaiming this heritage, building soil, cultivating hopeful families, and fostering Florida communities rooted in faith, health, harmony, and abundance.
Blessings,
Matthew Nadu
